About Us:

We are searching for an engaging and resourceful ME Sales Manager to join our team. Our ME Sales Manager will lead the MICE office at the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to drive ME business, focusing on both new business and repeat clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for ME clients from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Proposal Writing Negotiation: Prepare bespoke proposals and contracts, negotiate rates, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Revenue Generation: Maximise revenue through upselling, yield management, and effective diary management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Revenue, FB, and Operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
Key Tasks:
  • Proactively source new ME business via networking, sales calls, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase the hotel's event facilities.
  • Manage the ME diary, ensuring optimal space usage and timely communication with relevant departments.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Produce monthly reports and analysis on sales performance and forecasting.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
