Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement
- Meet allocated financial targets for new business income, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Engage proactively with customers and prospects to provide accurate product information, answer queries, and support applications.
- Build relationships as a key point of contact for new product and renewal enquiries.
- Identify opportunities for customer referrals to Field Officers.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inbound and outbound calls in line with agreed service standards and SLAs.
- Focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness in all customer interactions
Marketing and Relationship Support
• Suggest new marketing activities to support business growth and customer retention.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Field Teams to share customer insights and improve engagement.
- Support the Field Team at events or represent MPFS independently when required.
Process and Service Improvement
- Contribute to improving service delivery and the customer journey.
- Follow agreed processes and procedures accurately.
- Suggest updates to improve efficiency, service quality, and role effectiveness.
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Chief Executive Officer.

Essential Skills/Competences
- Experience in a regulated sales environment.
- At least two years' experience in financial services or customer service within a similar environment.
- Motivated and driven by achieving financial and service targets.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using IT systems.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and flexible in response to workload changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, remaining calm and professional under pressure
