Regional Manager – North West (Aesthetic Clinics)

The Role

You will lead and support clinics across your region, ensuring consistent delivery of high clinical standards and exceptional client care. A central focus of the role is practitioner training - developing teams in consultation techniques, treatment delivery, and patient experience to ensure every client receives outstanding results.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the aesthetics or medical device sector.
  • Strong knowledge of non-surgical treatments, devices, and the end-to-end patient journey.
  • Commercially aware, motivated, and confident.
  • Excellent communicator and trainer with strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Flexible to travel across the North West with a hands-on, proactive approach.
