Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Location: East Grinstead, RH19

Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

We are a well-established, independent estate agency with an excellent local reputation for delivering outstanding results.

Known for our approachable and proactive service, we're now looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Handling applicant enquiries and booking property viewings
  • Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to landlords
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Supporting the progression of lets through to move-in
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Generating new business and promoting lettings services
  • Progressing with ongoing training as the company and market evolve 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused
  • Organised with strong multitasking skills
  • Motivated by targets and commission-based success
  • Excellent communication skills (face-to-face and over the phone)
  • Experience in lettings preferred (but not essential – sales/customer service backgrounds welcome)
  • Full UK driving licence essential
