What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Conducting viewings and handling negotiations
  • Progressing sales from offer to completion
  • Building strong relationships with clients and buyers
  • Generating and following up on leads
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is essential
  • Proven sales and negotiation ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Smart, articulate, and well-presented
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to work
  • Strong knowledge of the Farnborough area is a plus
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own car is essential
  • A professional and committed attitude to estate agency
