About us

We are a one stop shop for thermal insulation and heating needs for both the domestic & commercial sectors.

We have a requirement for a role that you could summarise as a project supervisor/site foreman/site supervisor or a combination of all plus more If you are a good all rounder who has an ability to manage people and projects but at the same time utilise your skillset to help the project along with a hands on approach then this role could be for you.

The company exclusively utilises cutting-edge, fully guaranteed rendering and insulation & renewable energy improvements to enhance the visual appeal and energy efficiency of our customer's residences.

Requirements

A valid driver's licence is essential, as works range all over Scotland but mainly Central Scotland.

What will your role look like?

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations on the construction site.
  • Manage and lead a team of skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and labourers.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations and our funders.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the operations team.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory.
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate site records.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders as required.
  • You need to a reasonable level literacy for the role.
  • Site supervisor card is desirable.

Pay: £35,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
