Our highly experienced team of affordable housing experts at Savills provide innovative solutions to meet all of our clients' housing challenges and opportunities. We work with clients to enable their organisations to evolve and thrive in a rapidly changing industry.

The nationwide team of over 100 experts provide an extensive range of services to established and new for-profit providers of affordable housing, local authorities, registered social landlords (housing associations), investors, developers, banks and governing bodies.

About this role:

As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to rotate within each of the five teams in the Affordable Housing Division, obtaining a wide range of experience towards your APC. You will be exposed to clients from the outset and given the opportunity to build your network both internally and externally working with market leaders.

ROTATIONS
The affordable housing rotation may include rotations within the following teams:

General Consultancy
- Asset management, Stock rationalisation

Development and Regeneration
- Development appraisal & valuations, Project management

Surveying and Procurement
- Surveying, Delivery of large projects

Valuation
- Loan security valuations, Buy/sell site advice

Treasury and Debt Advisory
- Financial consultancy, Fund raising/advice

Training:
Our training and development programme is highly regarded as one of the best in the property industry, and is geared towards enabling our graduates to reach their full potential. As a graduate, you'll also have regular opportunities to attend technical, business skills and personal development activities - including conferences, courses, lectures, networking, mock assessments, revision sessions and social events - which compliment both your practical experience and meet the theoretical requirements of your APC.

You will have an APC supervisor and counsellor who support and guide you throughout the two year training programme. They will discuss your training and experience needs at regular progress reviews, ensuring you receive the support you require.

Once you've successfully passed your APC and become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), you'll continue to receive training and career development opportunities. We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up-to-date with changes to legislation and business needs.
