The Role

We're looking for a creative, confident, and highly organized Social Media & Community Executive to help grow our brand, deepen our community engagement and bring fresh energy to our content. If you know the latest TikTok trend before it's gone viral – this role is for you.

You'll play a key role in planning, creating and managing content across all social channels — both behind the camera and in front of it. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands what drives engagement and knows how to build authentic relationships with online audiences and influencers.

In this role you'll get involved in:

Content Creation:

  • Create, script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest.).

  • Act as an on-camera personality for brand videos, trending content, behind-the-scenes content and community-led series.

  • Lead on shooting low-fi lifestyle content.

Social Media Planning:

  • Own the monthly social media calendar — working with the Senior Social Media & Community Manager to deliver social first monthly campaigns, with channel optimized content (TikTok and Instagram priority channels).

  • Monitor and report on performance analytics, offering insights and recommendations for growth.

  • Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant.

Community Management:

  • Engage daily with our community across social platforms - responding to comments, DMs and questions in our brand voice.

  • UGC Scouting: Monitor tagged content to utilize across our owned channels

What we are looking for in you:

  • 3 years' experience in Social Media, Content Creation & Community Management.

  • Confident and natural on camera, with experience filming yourself or others

  • Skilled in basic editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar)

  • Strong organizational skills and comfortable managing a monthly content calendar.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • A digital nativity: finger on the pulse with the latest trends and up-coming creators

  • Prior experience with influencers or creators, including outreach, coordination, and campaign support.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Sprout, Iconosquare, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
