Social Media & Communications Manager
Location: London
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Company
A fast-scaling start-up pioneering the future of asset tokenization by offering exposure to institutional-grade investments and structured products onchain accessible, global, and compliant. The company aims to bridge the gap between traditional and decentralized finance.
Since launching in late 2024, the platform has grown to over $1 billion in total value locked (TVL) across its range of investment products, reflecting strong product-market fit and demand. Backed by top-tier investors, the company is scaling its go-to-market engine and hiring exceptional talent to accelerate distribution.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Social Media & Communications Manager to take full ownership of the company's public voice: across social channels, content, announcements, PR moments, and community-facing brand communication.
This role sits at the intersection of social media, communications, and content, and is ideal for someone with hands-on execution. You will craft narratives that simplify complex financial and DeFi concepts, build reach and engagement across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Telegram, and emerging channels, and help position the company as a leading voice in the tokenization and onchain finance landscape.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Build, own, and execute a multi-channel social media strategy (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord) that resonates with both institutional and crypto-native audiences.
Develop data-driven campaigns that support product launches, partnerships, and executive thought leadership.
Content & Narrative Development
Create educational and storytelling-driven content across mediums: articles, thought leadership, market explainers, product spotlights, long-form social posts, newsletters, and more.
Collaborate with leadership to refine and reinforce positioning, voice, and narrative especially as part of an upcoming rebrand.
Translate complex investment and DeFi concepts into accessible, compelling messaging.
Community Engagement & Relations
Monitor crypto and finance conversations, engage directly with communities, answer questions, and proactively participate in user discussions.
Build strategies to grow audience, deepen engagement, and strengthen trust across retail and institutional communities.
Organize side events to represent the company at major crypto conferences.
Communications & PR
Work with founders to prepare announcements, press materials, and messaging for external partners.
Coordinate with journalists, podcasts, and industry media for interviews, features, and coverage.
Analytics & Cross-Team Collaboration
Track key metrics across channels and content types and provide insights & recommendations for continuous optimization.
Monitor macro market, crypto, DeFi, and tokenization trends to keep the company at the centre of industry conversations.
What We Are Looking For
35+ years in social media, communications, or content roles (preferably in Crypto, DeFi, or Fintech).
Proven success in growing social media accounts and driving meaningful engagement.
Strong storytelling and writing skills with the ability to simplify financial/crypto concepts.
Familiarity with tokenization, DeFi, RWAs, structured products, and the broader crypto space.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Twitter Analytics).
Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable executing quickly in a fast-growing start-up environment.
What We Offer
Play a central role in shaping and rebranding a fast-scaling company at the forefront of asset tokenization.
Build and lead the company's voice across global channels.
Work in a highly entrepreneurial, agile, and globally distributed team.
Open and transparent culture where your ideas matter.
Competitive compensation for long-term alignment.
