Duties to Include:
- Working alongside Project Manager to book in works & quotes
- Planning/scheduling & managing Engineers daily works through to completion
- Answering calls from clients & coordinating as necessary with home owners, tenants, landlord etc
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
Applicant must have:
- Previous experience in the domestic & residential construction sector
- Full valid / clean UK driving license
- Competent to work in an office environment as well as having experience working in clients' properties
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of maintenance staff
- Unfaltering English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Need to have a solid understanding of the processes required on site so you can view, assess and book in work
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 7.30am-5pm
