Job Title: Performance Tester (IBM Maximo)

Location: Warwick, UK

Type: Inside IR35 Contract | Duration: 6+ Months

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)

About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Tester (Maximo) to join our dynamic QA team, driving quality assurance across IBM Maximo implementations. You'll play a key role in validating performance, ensuring system stability, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

Execute functional, regression, and UAT testing on IBM Maximo (v7.6 or MAS 8/9).

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust test cases.

Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Track, report, and manage defects using tools like Jira to ensure timely resolution.

Support end-user testing, document outcomes, and provide actionable insights.

Ensure compliance with SDLC and testing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in IBM Maximo Testing (Functional & UAT).

Strong understanding of UAT processes, test planning, and execution.

Hands-on with test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).

Basic familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, SoapUI) is a plus.

Strong ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Maximo Automation Testing Framework.

Domain knowledge in Energy, Utilities, or Asset Management sectors.

Exposure to EzMax, Maximo Mobile, or related Maximo extensions.
