About TripleTen
We are an early-stage EdTech startup on a mission to make learning truly personalized and accessible through AI. We believe we are uniquely positioned to succeed, and here's why:
- Deep Educational Expertise: Our founding team has a long track record of building successful educational products. We know how to build for learners.
- A Unique Technological Foundation: As part of Nebius, we have world-class tech and AI expertise, allowing us to build effectively and creatively.
- Proven Market Traction: We're not just an idea. Our platform is already used by a community of over 10,000 students in the USA and Latin America.
We are now building on this momentum to scale our platform, which creates unique educational paths for every student and provides instant AI-powered learning support.
The Role
Traditional education is built on a one-size-fits-all model. We are here to change that. As a Senior Curriculum Developer, your primary mission will be to architect the truly personalized learning experience at the heart of our platform.
You will be responsible for designing an adaptive curriculum that dynamically adjusts to each student's unique needs, pace, and goals. To achieve this at scale, you will design the very system and framework that enables our AI to generate unique learning paths. This requires a deeply creative and resilient mindset—an ability to zoom out and explore multiple pedagogical paths, and a willingness to pivot based on what truly works for learners. You are both the expert educator ensuring quality and the systems architect teaching our AI how to deliver a world-class, one-to-one learning experience.
What you will do- Explore and Iterate on Creative Approaches: Go beyond traditional methods to explore a wide range of creative pedagogical strategies. You will adapt and pivot your approach based on learner data and feedback to find the most effective solutions.
- Design the Personalized Student Journey: Architect a highly adaptive curriculum framework where every student receives a unique sequence of content and activities tailored to their specific learning goals and needs.
- Build the System for Personalization: Design our curriculum as a structured, modular system with clear reasoning and metadata. This "blueprint" is what allows our AI to understand, combine, and generate personalized content effectively.
- Empower Curation with AI Tools: Partner with product and AI teams to co-design the internal tools that will help you and future developers create, manage, and scale our vast library of learning components.
- Measure Learning Impact: Assess and interpret key metrics (e.g., student engagement, knowledge retention) to create a feedback loop that continuously improves the personalized learning experience.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Communicate and collaborate effectively with product managers, AI engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure the seamless integration of the pedagogical framework into our technology.
- A creative and resilient problem-solver; you enjoy exploring multiple options and are not afraid to adapt or abandon an idea when evidence points toward a more effective approach.
- Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design, with a portfolio of successful learning programs.
- Deep expertise in educational theory, instructional design fundamentals, and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Strong systems-thinking ability; you can break down complex educational concepts into well-structured, interconnected components that a machine can understand.
- A data-informed mindset with experience using analytics to evaluate and improve learning programs.
- Strong proficiency and genuine curiosity in using and shaping AI tools for educational purposes.
Huge Plus If You Have
- Experience designing non-linear or adaptive learning programs.
- Experience in a product-facing or systems design role.
- Experience working in a tech startup environment.
- The opportunity to shape the future of personalized, AI-powered learning.
- A key role in a mission-driven company with a direct impact on student success.
- A world-class team with deep expertise in education and technology.
- A competitive compensation package.
