Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, respond promptly to comments and messages, and manage online interactions professionally.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise content and improve engagement rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Manage crisis communication on social media channels when necessary, maintaining a positive organisational image.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of public relations principles and how they apply within social media contexts.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
