Responsibilities

  • Develop, curate, and manage published content across all social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and style.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to optimise engagement strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, fostering a positive online community.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to plan campaigns that align with organisational objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and innovative.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting strategies where applicable.
  • Maintain a cohesive online presence that reflects organisational values and enhances public relations efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles as they relate to online reputation management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English.
  • Ability to create compelling visual and written content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £31,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
