We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including warehousing, logistics, system integration, e-commerce marketing, e-commerce sales, and B2B sales channel development.

We are expanding our commercial team and are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive to support our growth.

Role Overview

The Business Sales Executive will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing commercial relationships, and driving sales across our B2B channels. You will identify prospects, engage new clients, manage ongoing accounts, and work closely with our internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales activity, including cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and present suitable service packages and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, product presentations, and follow-up documents.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and ensure smooth handover to operational teams.
  • Support the development of sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines and activities using internal systems/CRM.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Liaise with Asian partners and suppliers to coordinate product information, pricing, and market updates.
  • Attend trade shows, industry exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Fluent Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) – required for communication with clients, suppliers, and partners in Asia.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confident in cold outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for sales tracking.
  • A proactive, energetic, and commercially driven mindset.

Preferred (Not Essential)

  • Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, retail distribution, or import/export sectors.
  • Familiarity with Asian markets or cross-border supply chains.
