Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, located in West Bridgford with some work-from-home flexibility. The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to job vacancies. The role includes building relationships with schools and candidates, conducting interviews, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the consultant will help manage recruitment campaigns and contribute to the growth and success of the recruitment division.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms
  • Sales or customer service experience is advantageous
  • A passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality service
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred
