We are now looking for a highly motivated Membership Advisor at our Yardley based Gym. With more than 4000+ clubs worldwide, Anytime Fitness is the fastest growing fitness chain across the globe and this exciting new gym concept is now growing rapidly in the UK. This is an opportunity for a Membership Advisor to get in to a established Gym with loyal members & work together with the Club Manager to strategize and successfully implement a strong running & service delivery of the Gym. Our sales teams are at the heart of our business. The Role As our Membership Advisor, you will have a proven track record in working within a high-quality service or sales environment. A large part of the role will be sales driven, therefore outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will have the ability to drive the Anytime Fitness culture within the club and to meet and exceed the members expectations. At all times you will support the Club Manager to achieve goals set for the clubs continued success and at times acting in a supervisory role. Responsibilities Sales: Achieve new member, total membership and income targets. Member Retention: Utilise Anytime Fitness systems and initiatives aimed at improving and maintaining member retention. Marketing: Development of the Anytime Fitness Brand in Orpington increasing brand awareness, new membership sales and revenue lines. Your Commitment This role is full time working 40hours per week, 5 days a week. Shift patterns include morning, evening and some weekend work as per standard in the Leisure industry.
