Hours: Full time

Salary: £65k per annum

Key Responsibilities

The Home Manager will:

  • Ensure the highest standards of clinical care, governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead, support and develop a large multidisciplinary team, embedding a culture of professionalism, compassion and accountability.
  • Champion person-centred, dementia-informed and relationship-driven care throughout the service.
  • Recruit and build a stable, skilled staff team aligned to organisational values.
  • Promote strong ethical standards and lead by example in all interactions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across quality, safety and service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, building trust and confidence with families, commissioners and regulatory partners.

Experience Required

  • Ideally nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
  • Proven experience managing a 40+ bedded nursing home.
  • Strong background in residential, nursing and dementia care.
  • Hands-on, visible leader confident in managing large teams.
  • Ability to embed culture, raise standards and maintain strong regulatory outcomes.
