This includes providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.Job responsibilitiesAs a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality clinical care, providing guidance and mentorship to care staff, and ensuring documentation and records are meaningful and accurate.
