Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Solar Installer based in Bath, with the flexibility to work from home when necessary. The Lead Solar Installer will be responsible for leading the installation of solar PV and battery storage systems, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard. Day-to-day tasks include managing installation teams, troubleshooting issues, overseeing the use of power and hand tools, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge in Solar Power and Solar Systems
  • Proficient use of Power Tools and Hand Tools
  • Familiarity with the Solar Industry, including current trends and best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work or renewable energy are beneficial
