The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Trenchless Lining Team Leader to lead a team delivering trenchless sewer maintenance and repairs across the Anglian Water wastewater network. You'll take responsibility for all aspects of site setup and trenchless works, while ensuring safety, quality and compliance.

You'll coordinate with site supervisors and help drive productivity, supporting the performance and development of your team.

Here are some of the activities you'll be involved in…

  • Leading trenchless works (CIPP, patching, enabling) on planned and reactive sites
  • Coordinating site setup, plant, materials, and traffic management
  • Monitoring quality and ensuring safe working practices across the team
  • Managing customer interactions professionally and in line with procedures
  • Coaching and mentoring operatives

We're keen to hear from candidates with a strong background in trenchless or wastewater works, particularly those with leadership experience.

  • Valid UK driving licence is essential
  • CSCS, Confined Space, Manual Handling, and First Aid certifications desirable
  • Experience with CIPP lining, jetting, patching, and CCTV surveys
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain high work standards under pressure
