Apprentice HR Administrator
37 hours per week
£8.05 per hour - Term Time Only + 10 days
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice HR Administrator to join our HR Team. The successful candidate will provide an effective administrative service to enable the Academy to achieve the highest possible standards for both its staff and its students. The post holder will have some experience in general administration along with great organisational and communication skills. The post holder will also be able to work flexibly both as part of a team and on their own initiative whilst providing administration support and working towards either a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship or a Level 3 HR Apprenticeship through CMS Vocational Training. This post will be fixed term for the period of the apprenticeship, however there is strong potential of a permanent post at the end of a successful apprenticeship.
We require a candidate who can relate well to both staff and pupils and is committed to supporting staff wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective analytical, organisation and communication skills.
- The ability to work on their own initiative, but also be able to work flexibly as part of a team.
- The drive to make a difference and support others.
The post holder will be responsible to the HR Manager.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure.
