Join the Brig o' Doon House Hotel, part of the RAD Hotel Group, as our Sous Chef. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef and other senior chefs in leading the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will play a key role in maintaining RAD Hotel Group's culinary excellence while adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the senior kitchen team in the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Help to oversee and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard
  • Cook and plate dishes according to the established recipes and presentation guidelines, ensuring taste, quality, and visual appeal
  • Communicate effectively with all kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations and procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in high volume and fast paced kitchen will be highly beneficial
  • Previous experience at Junior Sous or Sous Chef level
  • Creative with eye for detail
  • Organised and good time management
  • Good communications skills
  • Passion for food
