Hiring multiple candidates for both a new opening in Prestwick and our existing restaurant at Auchincruive
Clock Tower Leisure are expanding and require two ambitious Sous Chefs across the group. Between The Clock Tower at Auchincruive and our soon-to-open venue in Prestwick, we aim to bring in experienced and driven individuals to further develop our brand and reputation for high-quality food.

Clock Tower on Main Street is set to be the next "must visit" town-centre dining destination in Prestwick. From delivering stacked breakfasts, chilled-out brunches and lunches through to a unique evening menu and sophisticated cocktails, we aim to bring some rizz to the hospitality scene in Prestwick.

WHO YOU'LL BE:
- We are looking for motivated and friendly team players that enjoy a fast-paced environment.
- Core requirements is a can-do attitude, being able to work part of a team and punctuality is key to all of the roles we have.
- You must have a love for what you do and bring that love to work.
- You need to be hands-on, passionate about food and able to help manage and develop a small team in a busy environment.
- Our kitchen is focused on seasonality and sourcing.
- You need to be passionate about cooking, have great attention to detail and demonstrate exceptional standards across all areas of kitchen management
- You must be positive and willing to work as a team and able to work under pressure.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- reporting to the Head Chef, you will be heavily involved in menu development, maintaining a relaxed and respectful working environment and all aspects of managing a commercial kitchen to the highest standards
