Job Purpose: Are you organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused? At Deanta, we're looking for a proactive Customer Service Support to help ensure a smooth, responsive experience for our customers. You'll play a key role in supporting our Customer Service and Sales teams, handling orders and keeping things running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Input and process all incoming customer orders into our central system.
- Manage incoming emails and queries to the main sales inbox, ensuring they are actioned quickly and efficiently
- Answer incoming calls and take messages when Customer Service and Sales team members are unavailable.
- Step in to support core Customer Service functions during staff absences.
What you'll bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Confident and clear communication skills.
- A positive attitude, with a sense of humour and a team-first mentality.
- A genuine commitment to great customer service.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accurate and efficient data entry, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of information within deadlines.
