Job Title: Customer Operations Coordinator

Salary: £33,500 - £35,500 per annum

Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Job Purpose: We're looking for a proactive Customer Operations Coordinator to manage logistics, returns, and display fulfilment within our customer service department. You'll ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and make key decisions on returns and cost recovery, enabling our sales and service teams to focus on growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise logistics and returns handling staff, ensuring daily operations run smoothly
  • Manage final decisions on return claims, credit approvals, and policy enforcement
  • Track and recover all applicable logistics costs and redelivery charges
  • Oversee logistics handling to ensure service levels are met on display/sample orders
  • Ensure all returns and logistics processes are accurately documented and compliant
  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and finance teams for seamless workflows
  • Identify and escalate inefficiencies, recurring issues, and process gaps
  • Maintain trackers for returns, logistics, and display performance
  • Provide weekly operational reports and performance insights to leadership
