About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop and lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams. You should have a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong leadership skills to drive brand growth and achieve marketing success.

Responsibilities Include
External Marketing

  • Developing Marketing Strategies : Craft comprehensive marketing plans that align with Macros' goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership : Over time, build, lead, and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
  • Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target audiences and market trends.
  • Content Creation : Create and supervise the production of marketing materials such as websites, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with other departments like business development, centre of excellence, and operations to ensure marketing activities align with business strategies.
  • Performance Metrics : Measure and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate the campaign effectiveness and optimise efforts.
  • Budget Management : Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use and achievement of marketing objectives.
  • Brand Representation : Represent the organisation in marketing-related activities, events, and industry associations to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Internal Marketing

  • Employee Engagement : Develop and implement strategies to engage employees and foster a positive work environment
  • Internal Communication : Manage internal communication channels to ensure consistent and effective messaging across Macro
  • Brand Advocacy : Encourage employees to become brand ambassadors and promote Macro's purpose and values.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with HR and other departments to align internal marketing initiatives with overall business goals
  • Performance Metrics : Measure the effectiveness of internal marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A combination of strategic thinking, creativity, leadership and analytical skills.
  • A degree-level education, preferably in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • An understanding of professional services and/or the FM industry.
  • Experience in market research, sector analysis, and plan execution.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing integrated campaign plans.
  • Strong budgeting and planning skills.
  • An international mindset.
  • B2B Marketing.
  • Microsoft Office suite of software.
  • Adobe InDesign.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills.
