Who We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for a savvy, driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis hours per week). If you've got a background in B2B digital marketing, especially within the Energy and SaaS worlds, and you're a whiz at social media, we want to meet you You'll be the go-to person for managing our clients' social media presence, whipping up engaging content, and driving interactions that count.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Mastery: Take the reins on all things social media for our clients, whether it's LinkedIn & X or the occasional dive into Facebook, Instagram & TikTok. You'll design and roll out strategies that not only align with business goals but also supercharge engagement and lead generation.
• Content Creation: You'll create eye-catching, high-quality content for social media - think graphics, videos, and posts that people can't help but share. Adobe Suite will be your toolkit for making it all happen.
• Campaign Execution: Lead the charge on digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your mission? To make sure everything works together seamlessly and delivers a killer ROI.
• Analytics & Reporting: Keep your finger on the pulse of our campaigns and social media efforts. You'll dig into the data, fine-tune our strategies, and report back to clients with all the key insights.
• Trendspotting & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on industry trends, competitor moves, and the latest in digital marketing. You'll be the go-to person for fresh ideas and new tactics.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Craft and execute top-notch digital marketing strategies tailored to our B2B clients in the Energy and SaaS sectors. From content marketing to SEO, PPC, and email campaigns -you'll cover it all.

About You

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  , with a solid focus on B2B, Energy, and SaaS sectors.
• Skilled in creating awesome content with Adobe Suite.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
• A wordsmith at heart, with strong copywriting experience.
• Great understanding of lead generation in B2B and know how to deliver the best user experience and results.
• Proficient with social media tools like Buffer, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• A master multitasker with killer organisational and project management skills.
• A proactive self-starter with a knack for communication and collaboration.
• Passionate about digital marketing and social media, always on the lookout for the next big thing.
• Bonus points if you've got experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, HubSpot, or Salesforce CRM
• Must live in Scotland, as travel to Aberdeen would be required up to twice per month.

• Competitive salary of £34K-40K DOE pro rata.
• Work from home (we do require your availability for occasional client meetings in Aberdeen, up to twice a month.)
