The RoleJob Title: Internal Recruitment Co-ordinatorLocation: Remote – Working from home (covering our North Region – can be based anywhere in the UK)Salary: £23,000 per annumHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Would you relish a new challenge where you'll recruit and attract essential care professionals?
You'll take ownership of the full recruitment process — from job taking to offer — writing engaging adverts, carrying out phone screens, organising interviews and ensuring every candidate has a positive, people-first experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers and play a key part in helping Aspirations continue to deliver outstanding care across the North region.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:
An experienced recruiter with knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Confident communicating with people at all levels, both written and verbal
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload with ease
Naturally inquisitive and tenacious, with a focus on getting results
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and great at administration
Motivated by goals and deadlines
Interested in building a long-term career in HR or Recruitment
Essential qualifications:
GCSE English and Maths at Grade 6/B or equivalent
Previous experience in a high-volume, telephone-based recruitment role
