Shift pattern:
Days 6am-6pm
Nights 6pm-6am
4 on/4 off Rota, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off rolling shift pattern. Average of 38 hours a week
Fenix Monitoring are looking for people that are good problem solvers, with a keen eye for detail, have a professional telephone manner, wanting to provide the highest standard of customer experience possible to join our team as a Shift Supervisor.
Candidates with experience in CCTV Monitoring or Alarm receiving Centres will be well received. SIA License would be advantageous, but if you have good customer service, people related experience we would like to talk to you.
The successful applicants will need to be employer vetted and Police record checked.
Qualifications and Skills
- A focus on delivering good customer experience is essential
- Excellent written communication skills
- Great telephone manner
- Competent IT/Computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have qualities to lead a team in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Can mentor and coach a team
- Ideally has Supervisor Experience (not essential for the right candidate)
Remit
- Carrying out duties relating to monitoring CCTV & Alarm systems
- Dispatching appropriate emergency services and/or keyholders
- Fielding inbound telephone & email enquiries
- Being the primary contact on the shift
- Leading a team of operators on your designated shift and making sure you are getting the best out of them
- Willingness to learn new systems and platforms
