Job Introduction

We are seeking a delivery-driven Data Specialist Delivery Lead to lead the execution of a strategic enterprise-wide Data & Analytics Programme, with a core focus on implementing a Unified Data Model that enables consistent, trusted, and actionable insights across the organisation.

This role is central to advancing data maturity and operational agility by bridging the gap between technical data teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of scalable data solutions, ensuring alignment with governance standards, and driving measurable outcomes that support strategic decision-making.

The organization is currently deploying a Microsoft Fabric-based data platform, architected using the Medallion model to support modular, reusable data pipelines. Power BI serves as the enterprise reporting layer, while is used for planning, delivery tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.

This is a strategic role for someone who not only understands the mechanics of data project delivery but also champions the business value of data — enabling a single source of truth, accelerating insight generation, and fostering a data-driven culture.

This is a fixed term role for 9 months.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management within data and analytics programmes
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data governance
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms, ETL pipelines, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Medallion architecture, and Power BI
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in using for project planning and team coordination
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is a plus
  • At least 2 years experience leading data projects
  • At least 5 years project management experience (both Agile and Waterfall)

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a transformative programme shaping the future of data in our organization.
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies and a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
  • Opportunity to influence strategic decisions and drive real business value through data.
