About the Role

As a Senior Social Worker in the Kinship Team, you will:
  • Lead on the early identification of Family and Friends Carers, helping to secure stable, long-term care arrangements within children's extended family networks.
  • Manage a varied caseload, working alongside other Senior Social Workers, Social Workers, and Support Officers to deliver high-quality assessments and support to families.
  • Play a key role in shaping the future of kinship care in Swansea.
