Join Elevio Limited, an education start-up based in London, as a Project Coordinator / Operations Manager supporting one of the UKs leading school admissions and appeals services — helping families navigate the appeals process with professionalism, fairness, and care.

The Role

You'll be the operational backbone of the appeals process — coordinating evidence, managing communication, and ensuring every case runs smoothly from submission to decision letter.

You'll work closely with the founders, who lead appeal hearings and case management for schools across England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management:

    Optimise workflows, manage digital filing systems (OneDrive, trackers), and drive continuous improvement across the appeals process.
  • Project Coordination:

    Coordinate hundreds of appeal cases at a time — manage submissions, scheduling, and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
  • Evidence Management:

    Receive, review, and file parent and school evidence accurately; maintain a master tracker for all cases.
  • Inbox & Communication Management:

    Handle multiple shared inboxes, send acknowledgements, respond to standard queries using templates, and escalate complex ones to Seema or Roma.
  • Letter Preparation (Phase 2):

    Prepare decision letter drafts using templates and cross-check facts and names before final sign-off.
  • Compliance & Recordkeeping:

    Ensure every file, record, and document meets UK confidentiality and data protection (GDPR) standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • UK/international client experience
  • EXCELLENT written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative roles
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-stakeholder communication skills
  • Proficiency with cloud tools (Google Workspace, OneDrive, Excel)
  • Experience managing high-volume, process-driven workflows

Preferred Background:

  • Operations or project management
  • Education administration or compliance-based work
  • Legal, government, or documentation-heavy environments

Note: Direct school appeals experience is not required – full training provided.
