About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join us in a unique role supporting four small businesses: two daycares, a travel company, and a building management firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who thrives in a dynamic environment, can work independently, and enjoys switching between different industries and audiences.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to each business. From crafting social media posts to designing flyers, running email campaigns, and tracking performance. If you're organised, full of ideas, and confident managing your own time, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and create engaging content for social media across different brands and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Design and schedule email newsletters and promotional campaigns
    • Help develop each business's online presence, including basic website updates and SEO improvements
    • Create marketing materials such as flyers, posters, presentations, and brochures
    • Support the promotion of events, tours, or campaigns specific to each business
    • Track and analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
    • Maintain brand consistency while adjusting tone and messaging for different audiences (parents, tenants, travellers, etc.)
    • Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines across all four businesses

What We're Looking For:

  • A recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
    • Excellent written English and strong communication skills
    • A creative thinker with a good eye for design and attention to detail
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills — able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
    • Familiarity with social media tools, email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), and basic design tools (e.g. Canva)
    • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have (But Not Essential):

  • Experience with basic video editing or design
    • Knowledge of website platforms like Wix, WordPress, Odoo, or Squarespace
    • Some understanding of paid advertising (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads)
    • Prior experience working with small businesses or startups
