The successful Science Teacher will teach KS3-KS4 Science, with potential opportunities to specialise at KS5. The department is well-resourced, offering a modern and engaging Science curriculum. Science TeacherTLR: Possible for the right Science Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of scientific concepts.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Science curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Science.
- Potentially contribute to the teaching of Science at A-Level, depending on experience.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Science or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science education.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in Science.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a willingness to contribute to the Science department (for TLR consideration).
