We are delighted to be working with a globally recognised professional membership body to recruit a strategic Head of Licensing and Partnership Development to lead the growth of their professional development and learning portfolio through partnerships and licensing agreements. This is a hybrid role is based from their Central London offices three days a week, with two days working from home, and offers a competitive salary of £60k plus excellent benefits.

This is a senior leadership role focused on expanding the reach and impact of professional learning products through strategic collaborations. You'll lead a team with one direct report and willhave responsibility for:

·Developing and executing a licensing and partnership strategy for professional development products

·Building strategic relationships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and professional bodies

·Negotiating licensing agreements and joint ventures to expand product reach

·Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

·Managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for licensing and partnership activities

We're looking for someone with:

·Proven experience in licensing or partnership development and strong strategic relationship building skills

·Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

·Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

·Familiarity with IP licensing and distribution agreements

·Understanding of learning and curriculum design principles

·Experience working in a global role

·Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
