We're Hiring: Letting Agent – Short Let Space (Oxfordshire)

Full-time | Based near Woodstock

Short Let Space is continuing to grow across Oxford and surrounding villages, and we're looking for a talented Letting Agent
to join our team. This is a great role for someone with solid lettings experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service to owners and guests.

About You

You will need to have:

  • 2–3 years' experience
    in lettings or property management
  • Level 3 Lettings qualification
    (essential)
  • Experience with a
    property management system
    such as
    ALTO
  • Lead generation
    and client-relationship experience
  • Proven
    tenancy progression
    experience and confidence handling associated admin tasks
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    and a positive, professional manner
  • Strong
    numeracy skills
    and accuracy in written work
  • A
    highly organised
    , detail-focused approach
  • Must live
    within easy travel distance to Woodstock
  • Must be able to drive
    for viewings and client meets

What You'll Do

  • Manage enquiries, viewings and tenancy progression
  • Support owners and guests with clear, responsive communication
  • Maintain accurate property and tenancy records
  • Assist with lead generation and onboarding new landlords
  • Work closely with our operations team to deliver a high-quality service

Salary

From 23k per annum with bonus/commission based on portfolio growth
