The Role

Do you enjoy supporting teams, improving processes, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? Are you naturally organised, people-focused, and great at keeping work on track?

We're looking for an Operations Executive on behalf of a super exciting and award winning digital marketing agency to become a key part of their day-to-day operations. You'll oversee internal workflows, track team capacity, support culture and communication, and help ensure projects are delivered on time. You'll also assist with finance tasks such as chasing invoices, as well as checking in with clients to gather feedback and keep relationships strong.

You don't need hands-on marketing experience, but you'll have enough understanding of digital channels like Meta, Google, and Email to speak confidently with clients and the team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early to mid-career who loves organisation, people support, and making things run efficiently.

Skills & Responsibilities

  • You'll already be working in a marketing agency or a busy marketing department working in an operational or project management capacity.
  • Acting as a supportive point of contact for the team
  • Gathering staff feedback and share insights with senior leadership
  • Tracking capacity, deadlines, and internal performance
  • Helping maintain workflows and operational documentation
  • Supporting with invoice chasing and finance processes
  • Communicating professionally with clients when needed
  • Checking in with clients to gather feedback
  • Identifying and flag risks or concerns early
  • Maintaining a good understanding of agency services: Meta, Google, Email
