About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Appointment Setting Team Lead to join our high-performing Contact Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front—coaching, inspiring sales advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst over delivering on targets
Your mission? Drive results and energize the room. When targets are tough or we need that extra 10% uplift, you'll be the spark that keeps the team focused and hungry for success.
What You'll Do
- Lead and Motivate: Create a high-energy environment where your team feels inspired to perform at their best every day.
- Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, monitor results, and use data insights to guide coaching and development conversations.
- People First: Hold regular one-to-ones, lead engaging team huddles, and build a culture of accountability and positivity.
- Sales Excellence: Support your team in converting inbound enquiries into sales, handling escalations professionally, and overcoming objections with confidence.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to boost performance and implement tactical actions to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to align strategies and share insights that drive commercial success.
About You
- Experienced in contact centre sales leadership—you know what it takes to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A natural people manager who thrives on coaching and developing others.
- Commercially minded with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Resilient, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves when the pressure is on.
- Data-driven and confident using insights to make decisions and shape performance.
- Above all, you bring energy, positivity, and a results-focused mindset—you're the person who lifts the room when challenges arise.
Shift Patterns
Our Contact Centre operates 8am–7pm weekdays and 9am–5pm Saturdays (including bank holidays). Shifts will vary (e.g., 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm, 11am–7pm) with two days off per week. Flexibility is essential, but we'll always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a growing, forward-thinking business investing in digital transformation and sales excellence.
- Access tailored leadership development and career progression opportunities.
- Work in a supportive environment where your ideas and energy make a real impact.
