Management Accountant | Salary £45,000 to £55,00 | Leeds

We are working with a leading, fast-growing facilities management business based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, newly qualified or qualified CIMA or ACCA professional looking to take the next step towards Finance Manager or divisional FC.

You will report directly to the Finance Director and play a key role in delivering accurate management accounts, board packs, and month-end reporting across multiple entities. You’ll also have the chance to mentor a junior colleague starting their CIMA journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis
Assist with board packs, intercompany, and month-end postings
Post payroll journals, accruals, and prepayments
Support VAT returns and balance sheet reconciliations
Coach and support junior team members
About You:

Newly qualified CIMA or ACCA (or near completion)
Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
Personable, confident, and able to communicate with multiple stakeholders
Ambitious and driven, keen to grow within the business
