Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for an additional full-time receptionist to join our expanding friendly and supportive team in Manchester. We treat a wide range of animals with our Chorlton practice specialising in exotics and small animals, and our Sale practice is exclusively for felines.

In addition to joining a fantastic team, our practice is based just 2.5 miles from the vibrant centre of Manchester and 1 mile from Old Trafford. The peak district can be reached in 30 minutes and the lake district in 1 hour. We also have excellent transport links, being at the axis of the motorways and Manchester airport being a 10-minute drive.

The perfect fit

We are looking for someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the daily challenges of working in a veterinary practice. You will enjoy customer service and can bring a mature, organised, and helpful attitude to the role.

Experience in a veterinary receptionist role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided, however, the ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role.

Shift pattern

40 hours a week including early and late shifts 5 days a week - 1in 4/5 weekends and a share of bank holidays (both morning only).

Salary is in line with minimum wage, plus paid overtime.
