We're looking for someone with strong pastry experience in a busy, high-standard kitchen—someone who understands the balance between precision, creativity, and speed. You'll be confident in your technical skills, highly organised, and thrive under pressure. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the pastry section during busy services, ensuring each dish meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Creating and plating a range of desserts that are both refined and bold, using seasonal ingredients and modern techniques
- Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to bring new ideas to life and contribute to menu development throughout the year
- Working with exceptional local produce and suppliers to showcase the best ingredients available
- Supporting the smooth running of service with sharp organisation, prep, and time management
- Upholding excellent hygiene and food safety standards across your section
- Training and supporting junior team members, sharing knowledge and encouraging professional growth
- Contributing your personality and creativity to every dish and helping shape a unique guest experience
