Condutto CIC is a purpose-driven mentoring community supporting senior and aspiring female leaders in shared services and digital transformation. Our mission is to create pathways for women to grow their confidence, capabilities, and connections — advancing more women into influential leadership roles.

We've built a thriving global network of mentors and mentees and are now ready to take the next step: strengthening engagement, deepening community connection, and attracting sustainable sponsorship to grow our impact.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a creative, hands-on generalist who's passionate about building community, curating experiences, and bringing people together around meaningful growth.

This role combines community engagement, digital communications, online event design, and partnership development. You'll help us translate our mission into action — connecting people, creating value for mentors and mentees, and showcasing Condutto's impact to sponsors and supporters.

What You'll DoCommunity Engagement

• Nurture relationships across our mentoring community (Slack, LinkedIn, email)

• Check in with mentors and mentees, gather stories, testimonials, and progress updates

• Reconnect with mentors not currently matched to mentees through outreach, surveys, or virtual sessions

• Strengthen the sense of belonging and shared purpose across our network

Event Design & Operations

• Design and run virtual community events such as fireside chats, themed roundtables, or peer learning sessions

• Collaborate with mentors to co-create content (e.g. "Masterclass with…" sessions)

• Develop reusable collateral — slides, guides, templates, and post-event summaries — to enhance our mentoring programme

• Build a lightweight event operations rhythm (scheduling, reminders, feedback loops) to make engagement scalable and repeatable

Marketing & Communications

• Create and schedule posts across our channels (LinkedIn, newsletters, email campaigns)

• Leverage existing branding and materials to promote community stories and impact

• Capture highlights from events and mentoring journeys for future storytelling

Sponsorship & Partnerships

• Identify and engage potential sponsors aligned with Condutto's mission

• Use our existing sponsorship deck and templates to approach partners confidently

• Support the co-founder in relationship management, follow-ups, and closing sponsorships

Who You Are

• A self-starter and connector who thrives on creating meaningful engagement

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple threads

• Skilled in writing, storytelling, and building authentic online presence

• Confident hosting or supporting virtual events

• Familiar with digital tools like LinkedIn, Slack, Canva, Airtable, and Google Workspace

• Passionate about women's leadership, mentoring, and community-building

Success in This Role Looks Like

1. Mentors and mentees feel more connected and supported.

2. Condutto hosts 2–3 engaging online events with reusable assets created.

3. Community engagement rises measurably (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, survey participation).

4. At least one new sponsor or partner is confirmed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain connections with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in community engagement practices and community management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and event management abilities
• Experience with partnership development and stakeholder relations
• Passion for advancing gender equity and supporting professional development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
