This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic Intensive Support Team as part of the wider Learning Disability Community MDT.We are looking for an experienced nurse who is able to demonstrate evidence of working in a community setting with adults with a learning disability, preferably in crisis situations.We are a team of clinicians working with service users and their families/carers where there is risk of admission to hospital under the Mental Health Act.
