Astranti is a small and fast-growing online training organisation. We support thousands of learners across the world as they work toward professional qualifications that advance their careers. Our subjects include counselling, accountancy, law and management. You will take responsibility for the marketing activity of one of these divisions.

We are looking for someone with significant experience in digital marketing having previously worked on social media marketing, SEO and Google Advertising. Having a qualification in marketing or business is useful, but not essential.

In this role, you will help shape the marketing strategy for a division, oversee delivery, and ensure that monthly objectives are met. Our marketing plan follows a structured calendar that supports timely and effective communication with students. You will manage this schedule and ensure that all activity is delivered to a high standard.The position is hands-on and you will take an active role in producing content and running campaigns.

The role is based in either Trowbridge or Cardiff. It will begin mainly in the office, with the opportunity for regular hybrid working once the initial period has been completed.

The role

You will oversee and contribute to tasks such as:

• Developing marketing material, including email campaigns and website content
• Leading the creation and management of social media activity across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok
• Overseeing Google advertising activity
• Leading social media advertising campaigns
• Ensuring strong search engine performance
• Managing website content and supporting new page development
• Overseeing the customer database to maintain accurate and effective records
• Coordinating relationships with new and existing affiliates
• Leading and supporting a range of marketing projects across the division
• Monitoring campaign results
