Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with strong software development skills and a passion for data-driven quality improvements. You will work with our talented team vertical leaders and the operations teams to build and maintain pipelines, dashboards, and tools that measure and enhance the quality of our client-focused igaming products.
You'll work closely across multi-functional development teams to collect, process, and analyze data from GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and CICD pipelines. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to and improve our DORA metrics, and other KPIs, ensuring they align with our Quality Vision and governance framework.
You will collaborate closely with our Front-end, Middleware, and DevOps teams, supporting a diverse set of solutions including our front-end platforms, CMS system, and the Messaging that power both external partner integrations and our internal platforms. You will also work hand-in-hand with the Quality Assurance Governance team to turn data into actionable insights and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain pipelines that collect quality data from GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and CI/CD systems.
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and storage into PostgreSQL databases to support accurate and timely reporting.
- Define, calculate, and maintain key QA and engineering metrics, including DORA, CTAI, DDR, CPDD, MTTD, and MTTR.
- Continuously monitor and validate metric accuracy, ensuring alignment with the organization's Quality Vision and governance framework.
- Build and maintain Metabase dashboards that visualize metrics by vertical, team, and release.
- Provide actionable insights and monthly KPI summaries to stakeholders, including operations, product, and leadership teams.
- Integrate metrics collection into CI/CD pipelines to capture failures, acknowledgments, and fixes in near real-time.
- Partner with DevOps and development teams to implement instrumentation for improved release observability.
- Work closely with our PAM, Front-end, Middleware, and Operations teams to understand quality challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support Quality Governance by providing insights that inform policies, testing strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify gaps in current metric collection or reporting processes and propose automated solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices in quality engineering, observability, and software metrics.
Requirements
- Programming: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and , with experience building data pipelines and automation tools.
- Databases: Solid experience with SQL and PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity best practices.
- CICD & DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and tooling to capture metrics and integrate automated testing results.
- BI & Visualization: Experience building dashboards in Metabase (or similar tools like Grafana or Tableau or PowerBI), with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
