Parts Supervisor - BMW Stoke

Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 basic . OTE up to £38,200 Annually 

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and Friday 9am-5:30pm. 

We are on the hunt for a Parts Supervisor to come and join our exceptional team at BMW/MINI Stoke

Working closely with our team of Parts Advisors you will be responsible for driving initiatives to achieve parts performance and service levels to our valuable Trade customers. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Parts operation. Working alongside a team of trade parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customers' expectations by going above and beyond.

  • Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties 
  • Checking in stocks, invoicing and issuing them to our delivery drivers 
  • Cashing in Drivers. 
  • Ensuring returns are up to date. 
  • Answering calls from our trade customers and securing sales.
  • Providing excellent customer care. 
  • Driving your team to achieve set goals and targets.
  • Conducting 1 to 1 meetings quarterly with your team.
  • Monthly reviews with the manufacturer.

You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently. 

You will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
