This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of how our customers interact with data and insights. You will be at the helm of our end-user interface, from dynamic planning templates and analytical grids to pixel-perfect reporting and interactive dashboards.

We are looking for a leader with a deep background in the Business Intelligence and enterprise reporting space. If you have experience with industry-leading platforms like Microsoft Power BI and the broader Fabric ecosystem, or similar enterprise-grade solutions from SAP, Oracle, or other major vendors, you will be in a strong position to make a significant impact.

Your Impact

  • Shape the Vision: Define and evangelize the product vision and strategy for Anaplan's Enterprise Planning & Reporting Experience, ensuring it aligns with our overall company goals and the needs of our enterprise customers.
  • Lead the charge in creating a deeply integrated and intuitive experience between Anaplan and Microsoft Office, making our platform an indispensable part of the modern enterprise workflow.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Inspire, mentor, and grow a talented team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and executional excellence.
  • Collaborate Across the Product Landscape: Partner with your peers in our Modeling and AI teams to deliver a cohesive and powerful platform that leverages the best of Anaplan's capabilities.
  • Own the Roadmap: Drive the product roadmap from conception to launch, working closely with engineering to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, high-impact features.
  • Engage with Global Leaders: Build strong relationships with key customers at some of the world's largest and most respected companies. Act as a trusted advisor, share our product vision, and translate their feedback into actionable insights for your roadmap.

Your Qualifications

  • Extensive, proven experience in product leadership, preferably within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • A strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into a clear and compelling product vision.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a relentless focus on the customer.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate your vision and influence stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives.
  • Deep expertise in the Business Intelligence, analytics, or enterprise reporting space.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major BI platform, such as Microsoft Power BI (including the Fabric framework), SAP Analytics Cloud, or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing product management teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office connectivity and add-in development.
  • Familiarity with narrative reporting, disclosure management, or financial reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, Oracle EPM).
  • Experience in designing and delivering products with a focus on localization and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • A background in dimensional modeling or experience with OLAP technologies.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a high-impact leadership role at a pivotal moment in our journey. If you are a passionate, customer-focused product leader with a deep understanding of the enterprise BI landscape, we would love to hear from you.
