Our Business
Everywhen Corporate (formerly Towergate Corporate) is a rapidly expanding division of Everywhen (formerly Ardonagh Advisory), primarily based in Leeds city centre, with colleagues also working remotely across the UK including in Manchester, the South-East and London.
Formed in 2019, we are now a specialist team of over 60 insurance and risk management experts with over 120 clients, which between them account for over £80m of premium. Our clients are corporate and international businesses across various sectors, which are usually large, complex and/or global, each with a bespoke insurance and risk management programme.
Everywhen Corporate focus is on providing extensive Risk Management support for our clients, transparency of remuneration and outstanding client service. We aim to show no complacency in providing exceptional programme coverage and competitive insurance premiums for our clients with a uniquely ethical business model.
The wider Everywhen business employs over 3,000 colleagues across over 50 offices in the UK and as part of The Ardonagh Group, over 12,500 people in 100+ locations globally. We are responsible for the placement of over £5bn in premium into the UK insurance market and $15bn globally, as the UK's largest independent insurance brokerage.
The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Motor Claims Advisor to join our growing claims team based in Leeds, which deals with a varied portfolio of corporate clients. Our Motor Claims Advisors play an important role in the day-to-day handling of commercial insurance claims ensuring the client has a seamless claims experience and that insurance claims settlements are optimised. We're looking for individuals who either already have extensive experience in dealing with claims for large and complex clients, or those who currently handle claims for smaller risks and are looking to progress their careers into handling more challenging cases.
Whilst the ideal candidate will have dealt with a variety of losses across different insurance classes, we welcome applications from candidates with more limited claims handling experience who can demonstrate a willingness to quickly get up to speed with a range of claim types.

• Receive First Notification of Loss, report motor claims to insurers, validate the claims against policy cover, record claim information accurately and provide an efficient and personable service to clients
• Manage their own portfolio of ongoing insurance claims utilising a reliable diary system
• Liaise with insurers and other experts to ensure effective claims outcomes and the smooth handling of the claims in a professional manner
• Provide clients with advice throughout the claim lifecycle from notification through to settlement, handling all cases in accordance with the client's requirements by referral to documented procedures at all times
