Location: Westbury, Wiltshire
Pay: £13.00 per hour (Overtime paid at £16.25 after 37.5 hours)

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive manufacturing team in Westbury. You'll be part of a close-knit group focused on quality, consistency, and teamwork in a clean and organised production environment.
In this role, you'll assist with daily production operations, ensuring products are made to a high standard while maintaining safety and efficiency. The work involves manual handling, operating machinery, and following clear processes to meet production targets.
You'll start on 8-hour shifts before moving to 07:00–19:00 day shifts from 24th November, offering excellent opportunities for overtime and long-term work stability.
This role would suit someone who enjoys active, practical work, can maintain focus over long periods, and takes pride in producing quality results.
- Operate machinery and handle products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout production.
- Support team operations and meet daily production targets.
The Right Person:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work 8 or 12-hour shifts.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.
- Committed to maintaining quality and safety at all times.
